We offer a diverse range of Yoga classes; from beginners to restorative, post and pre natal classes, meditation and general classes. Teachers have a background in a variety of traditions including Iyengar, Ki Yoga and Satyananda Yoga, and we all believe in sharing the benefits of Yoga with the wider community.

Bega Valley Yoga Inc. (BVYI) is a non-profit organization that brings together qualified teachers from a diverse range of yogic traditions. Teachers share principles of compassion, mindfulness, and respect in their teaching and practice.
What is Yoga? Yoga is an ancient philosophy originating in India. The form taught by BVYI teachers is based around asana (the practice of of poses and movement). It is a gentle, low impact, noncompetitive practice that aims to integrate the head, heart and hands through conscious awareness of the body, mind and breath and emotions.
The range of classes makes Yoga accessible to people from all walks of life, regardless of age, fitness or flexibility.
Benefits: The regular practice of Yoga stretches, tones, strengthens and aligns the whole body; enhances health and vitality; increases flexibility and stamina; and encourages grace, poise and coordination.
